Upon arriving at our store, you will be given a rental form for you to write down your contact details. If the tuxedo is for a minor, please write their contact information down as well in case we can't get in contact with you. We require you to read the entire contract and sign to make it legally binding (for minors we ask their guardian to sign).
We will then take your measurements for us to best fit you in your tuxedo.
We will give you coats and pants to try on for sizing. Do not mind the lengths as they will be adjusted before your pickup time. Pants are adjustable on the sides. Choose between black, dark grey, white, or tan tuxedos. Some coat colors come with different styles.
Choose between a black or white long sleeved shirt.
Choose from one of our 77 different shades/styles of vests and ties to match with someone or for your own personal preference. Mix and match if you like! Most colors have both a regular tie and bowtie version, but not all. For those who are indecisive.. fret not! Ask us for some suggestions 🙂
If you wish to add-on dress shoes, cummerbunds, suspenders, or handkerchiefs, let us know!
For shoes, we will have you try them on to make sure it fits you well.
Remember, add-ons are an additional cost separate from our tuxedo package.
Since we have had many problems in the past with people not returning their tuxedo/any missing items.. we are implementing a new system to protect our property.
You will now be required to give us your card info so that we may charge you for any late fees, missing/damaged/unreturned items. Your card information will be destroyed after you return everything or pay for any missing/damaged items.
If you choose to not use your card, you will be asked to pay a deposit of $300 for each tuxedo you rent. This deposit of $300 (for each tuxedo) will be returned to you on the day you return your tuxedo to us.
Remember.. this is our property and tuxedos are for RENT only. We do not like going to court for disputes however, we will if you refuse to return our property.
You must pay 2 weeks before your event. For prom, you must pay the day you get measurements. We accept cash, card, and mobile pay (sorry, no AMEX).
Pay attention to the pickup date we have listed on your rental form on the top. We do not allow early pickups unless there is a good reason.
You do not need to bring in your rental form. As long as you give us the name of the person wearing the tuxedo, we can find your paper.
You will be asked to sign a paper as records that you (or someone else) has picked up the tuxedo.
We will show you your finished tuxedo as well as how to use cufflinks and studs if you don't know how.
Make sure the tuxedo colors and whatnot are correct as sometimes people tell us over phone a color, but actually wanted a different shade.
Hope you had a great event! Pay attention to the return date on your rental form. Each day you are late to return your entire tuxedo, will result in late fees of $30 each day (including weekends). Any damaged or missing items will be charged to you.
Make sure to check all the pockets for any personal belongings. We will also check again when you return the tuxedo.
You will again be asked to sign that you (or someone else) has returned the tuxedo. If you are missing items and you know where they are, bring them back ASAP to avoid charges!
